• Journal entries: The thoughts, feelings, and reflections you write in your journal.
• Mood data: Your mood selections and intensity ratings when you log entries.
• Chat messages: Your conversations with the AI Cosmic Guide.
• Device token: A unique identifier for sending you push notifications (only if you enable them).

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Generate your personal birth chart and astrological insights.
• Analyze your journal entries using AI (DeepSeek) to find patterns and provide personalized guidance.
• Improve your experience with tailored prompts, insights, and recommendations.
• Send you notifications if you have enabled them.

Third-Party Services

DeepSeek API: When you chat with the AI or receive insights, parts of your journal entries and messages are sent to DeepSeek's API to generate responses. DeepSeek does not use your data to train their models.

Swiss Ephemeris: Birth chart calculations run locally on our server. No data is sent to any third party for chart calculations.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services.

Data Retention

Your journal entries, chat history, and mood data are stored on our server until you choose to delete them. You can delete individual entries at any time. You can also request complete deletion of all your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you.
• Correction: Ask us to fix any incorrect information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete all your data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON).

• Data portability: You can receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

We encrypt data in transit using HTTPS. Your data is stored securely on our servers. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to provide the service (DeepSeek API for AI responses).
